Meet Our Team
Laurie Leclair
Lead Designer
Laurie has been the lead designer with Emerald City Kitchen & Bath since 2015. She has a degree in interior design from the New England Institute of Technology.
She uses her many years of design experience to help each customer through the process of creating the kitchen or bath of your dreams. She uses the latest design software to create a space you'll love to live in.
Laurie resides in Acushnet with her husband and three children where she enjoys going to the beach, attending various children's sporting events, and spending time with family.
Crystal Allende
Project Manager
Crystal has been with Emerald City Kitchen & Bath since 2020. She is our project manager and comes with 19 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry.
She is focused on helping customers to have the best experience during their renovation project. From organizing your project and scheduling work to visiting your job site and addressing any concerns you may have, she will be with you every step of the way!
Crystal resides in New Bedford with her husband and two dogs where she enjoys working on her own home, gardening, baking, and riding her motorcycle.
Antonio Santiago
Antonio joined Emerald City Kitchen & Bath in 2022 bringing over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
Antonio's involvement in our projects begins with the initial demolition to the final touches, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage. Antonio's dedication and passion for his craft are evident in every project he undertakes, making him an invaluable part of our team.
Antonio resides in New Bedford with his wife, daughter, and granddaughter. Outside work, he enjoys music, dancing, cooking, and savoring good food.
Carrie and Jeremy Medford
Owners
Carrie and Jeremy are the owners of Emerald City Kitchen & Bath. Jeremy is a veteran of the US Navy, where he worked as a machinist mate on nuclear submarines. He spent some time working in the energy utility field before shifting his attention toward remodeling. Carrie is a former nurse and together they have five children.
Jeremy has enjoyed remodeling three homes that they have lived in, with a particular love of remodeling kitchens. He has developed a keen attention to detail and a desire to ensure everything is done right and to code.
Together they love to see the satisfaction of customers when they experience a job well done.
