Must have knowledge and experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels and products. We are looking for someone with at least five years of construction experience who desires a long-term position and knows how to do a project right the first time.

Job role includes renovation projects from frame to finish - including demolition, installation of subfloor, flooring, cabinetry, tile, hardware, trim, drywall, plaster, touch-up paint, etc.

The ability to take direction and prioritize teamwork with our project manager, designer, and subcontractors is a must.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle as well as tools and the required insurance

Priorities:

• Installation of subfloor, flooring, and tile
• Installation of cabinetry
• Complete punch-list items for kitchen and bath projects (i.e. baseboard installation, patch sheetrock, install hardware, paint/caulking)
• Minor sheetrock repair and replacement
• Clean-up after project completion

Additional Tasks:

• Demolition of kitchens, bathrooms and flooring
• Pick up and deliver materials
• Assist in the installation of stone countertops
